Email

We’ve discovered that sending emails is a great way to talk to lots of people, like the 13,000 folks in our database, the Lauderhill performing arts group, and our media friends. To get the word out about the MLK event, I reached out to radio stations, bloggers, social media stars, and newspapers.

For the Jammin Concert, a totally free show, we wanted to let folks all over South Florida know about it. So, we used words like “outdoor concerts,” “90s hip hop,” and “dance hall” to reach out to the right folks. To make sure we got the word out to people who love this kind of music, we sent emails to those who’ve gone to concerts with artists similar to the ones who inspired the Jammin Concert. Check out the email below with a link to get tickets and an exciting subject line to grab your attention.
